By placing an order or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Chef’s Mesa specializes in creating custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables, and artisanal spreads for events, gatherings, and personal enjoyment. Our products feature a curated selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.
Due to the perishable nature of our ingredients, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, cancellations, order modifications, refunds, credits, or transfers of any kind. All payments are non-refundable.
Orders & Payment
2.1 Order Placement: Orders may be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
2.2 Payment Terms: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with final payment due 10 days before the event. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods, processed through secure gateways.
2.3 Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon order placement, detailing order specifics, including pickup or delivery times.
Delivery & Pickup
3.1 Delivery: We offer delivery within specified areas. Fees may apply, and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect addresses.
3.2 Pickup: If you choose pickup, your order will be available at the agreed time and location. Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.
Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.
4.2 Refunds: No refunds, order modifications, or credits will be issued for any reason beyond the 24-hour cancellation window. Orders not picked up at the agreed time are considered forfeited.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
5.1 Allergy Information: Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
5.2 Custom Requests: We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens.
Changes & Substitutions
6.1 Product Substitutions: Due to availability, some ingredients may be substituted with similar items of equal or higher value.
6.2 Menu Changes: We reserve the right to adjust menu offerings and pricing without prior notice.
Food Safety & Liability & Responsibility
7.1 Food Safety: It is the customer’s responsibility to properly store and serve perishable food. Please keep your order refrigerated until ready to consume. We recommend taking the box/board out of refrigeration about 30 minutes before you plan on consuming as cheese is best enjoyed at room temperature. It is safe to eat up to 3 hours at room temperature, after this time, we recommend it to be disposed of.
7.2 Limitation of Liability: Chef’s Mesa is not liable for any damages arising from the consumption or use of our products or services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Social Media & Marketing
8.1. Content Sharing: We may share photos and content related to our products and services on social media. If you share or tag Chef’s Mesa in your posts, you grant us permission to use and repost that content on our social media accounts and website.
8.2. User-Generated Content: Any user-generated content shared on our social media pages or tagged with our official hashtags may be used by Chef’s Mesa for promotional purposes. If you wish to have your content removed, please contact us directly.

Grazing Table Setup
3.1 Delivery: We offer delivery within specified areas. Fees may apply, and delivery times will be confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect addresses.
3.2 Pickup: If you choose pickup, your order will be available at the agreed time and location. Orders must be collected within the specified timeframe.
3.3 Setup Requirements: Clients must provide a flat, stable surface for the grazing table. Chef’s Mesa is not responsible for table or linen rentals.
3.4 Equipment Rental: All boards, platters, stands, and displayware are rentals and must be returned in the condition they were provided. Missing or damaged items will incur a replacement fee.
3.5 Pickup & Cleanup: Equipment pickup will be arranged within 24 hours after the event. Cleanup of food and tableware is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

7.2 Outdoor Setup: For outdoor events, clients must provide shade, covering, or temperature-controlled conditions to ensure food safety. Chef’s Mesa reserves the right to modify or decline setup if conditions are deemed unsafe for perishable food.
7.3 Limitation of Liability: Chef’s Mesa is not liable for any damages arising from the consumption or use of our products or services, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Terms and Conditions for Chef’s Mesa Workshops
These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Chef’s Mesa (“Instructor”) and the hosting party (“Host”) for live charcuterie board workshops. By booking a workshop, the Host agrees to the following terms.
Chef’s Mesa specializes in creating custom charcuterie boards, grazing tables, workshops, and artisanal spreads for events, gatherings, and personal enjoyment. Our products feature a curated selection of high-quality meats, cheeses, and accompaniments.
Due to the perishable nature of our ingredients, all sales are final—we do not accept returns, cancellations, order modifications, refunds, credits, or transfers of any kind. All payments are non-refundable.
Workshop Scope & Services
1.1 Chef’s Mesa will provide a live, hands-on charcuterie workshop, teaching participants how to assemble and style gourmet grazing boards.
1.2 Services include: Live Instruction led by Chef’s Mesa, all necessary ingredients (unless otherwise specified), disposable serving materials (unless the Host provides alternatives), setup & cleanup related to the workshop materials
1.3 The Host is responsible for: Securing the venue and ensuring it has suitable space, tables, and any additional required equipment, managing participant registration and payments, communicating event details to participants
Fees & Payment
2.1 Workshop Fee: The total cost of the workshop will be agreed upon in advance and outlined in the official booking confirmation.
2.2 Deposit & Final Payment: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the workshop. Payments are non-refundable.
2.3 Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, Chef’s Mesa reserves the right to cancel the workshop, with the deposit forfeited.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Host-Initiated Cancellations: If the Host cancels more than 14 days before the workshop, the deposit is forfeited. If the Host cancels within 14 days of the workshop, the full payment remains due.
3.2 Rescheduling: The Host may request to reschedule the workshop at least 14 days in advance, subject to Chef’s Mesa’s availability. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the workshop may be subject to an additional fee.
3.3 Chef’s Mesa-Initiated Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Chef’s Mesa must cancel, the Host will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge.
Food Safety & Liability
4.1 Consumption & Storage: All food provided is intended for same-day consumption. Chef’s Mesa is not responsible for food safety beyond the duration of the workshop.
4.2 Allergies & Dietary Restrictions: The Host must collect and communicate allergy or dietary restriction information from participants before the event. While we take precautions, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
4.3 Liability Waiver: The Host agrees that Chef’s Mesa is not liable for any allergic reactions, foodborne illnesses, or injuries occurring during the workshop. The Host assumes full responsibility for participant safety and event logistics.
Changes & Substitutions:
5.1 Ingredient Substitutions: Due to seasonal availability, some ingredients may be replaced with comparable alternatives of equal or higher value.
5.2 Workshop Modifications: The format, duration, and materials may be adjusted as needed. Any major changes will be discussed with the Host in advance.
Venue & Setup Requirements
6.1 The Host must provide: A venue with sufficient space, tables, and seating for all participants, access to running water and a waste disposal area if required, any non-disposable serving materials (if not using disposables provided by Chef’s Mesa)
6.2 Setup & Cleanup: Chef’s Mesa will arrive 30-90 minutes before the workshop for setup. Cleanup is limited to removing workshop-related materials. The Host is responsible for overall venue cleanup.
Social Media & Marketing
7.1 Promotional Use: Chef’s Mesa may take photos or videos during the workshop for promotional purposes.
7.2 Content Sharing: We may share photos and content related to our products and services on social media. If the Host or participants share or tag Chef’s Mesa in your posts, they grant us permission to use and repost that content on our social media accounts and website.
7.3 User-Generated Content: Any user-generated content shared on our social media pages or tagged with our official hashtags may be used by Chef’s Mesa for promotional purposes. If you wish to have your content removed, please contact us directly.
7.4 Opt-Out: If the Host prefers not to have photos taken, they must notify Chef’s Mesa before the event.
